I live about an hour from Cambodia. The S21 and the Killing Fields are so depressing. Pol Pot and the KR murdered almost a quarter of the population. Most of the population are 21 and below as a result. They tried to do with curencies by paying everyone in rice, dressing and looking the same by having identical haircuts. now they are some of the nicest people you could meet. Awful what the last generation suffered. Today is the trial of one of the KR henchmen who is pleading mercy

What gagecube forgets is while there might be evil brutes like KH R, theres some of the most genuine ppl in Cambodia too. Sadly those are the ones who have suffered and died. In USA, if there is an attack, its over the news for weeks, but in another country, an even worse disaster, it gets little coverage.
